Seven Deadly Sins Book Tag

It’s that time again! Yay Book Tag! I personally love book tags because they’re perfect ice breakers. You get to know me just by a couple of questions. Today’s book tag is the Seven Deadly Sins book tag that I found from Biblonyan. I’m still in the whole Heaven and Hell mood since I, Lucifer. Here. We. Go.

Greed

  1. GREED: What is the most expensive book that you own? What is the least expensive book that you own?

I don’t have an expensive book, but I have an expensive series. The Dresden files currently has 15 books within the series, and I have all of them. So they’re at least $15 for each one, but it’s completely worth it. An enjoyable book is always worth it. The least expensive book I own is What She Knew. I got that one for a present and free is always good 😊

Gluttony

  1. GLUTTONY: What book or books have you shamelessly devoured many times?

Hmm, I normally don’t re- read books, and the only book I have read twice was the Inheritance Cycle. I would devour Eragon, Eldest, Brisingr, and Inheritance all the time if I could.

Sloth

  1. SLOTH: What book or book series have you neglected out of sheer laziness?

A series that I haven’t read yet because of laziness is Game of Thrones. They’re all just so long. I want to read them so bad but I’m not looking forward to the amount of time it’s gonna take me to finish the series.

Lust

  1. PRIDE: What book or books do you bring up when you want to sound like an intellectual reader?

To sound intellectual, I would talk about any classics. Especially Orwell. His stuff is on another level. To understand his books, you should know some history. Now, I’m not saying I completely get his novels but I can at least bring it up in a conversation and sound smart.

Lust

  1. LUST: What attributes do you find most attractive in your characters?

I will fall in love with a character if they’re a bad ass. To classify as a bad ass, they must be powerful, funny, and willing to go through shit to come out a hero. I feel that is a character everyone can love. A perfect example would be Lila Bard from The Shades of Magic Series. She’s funny, super powerful, and gets beaten up only to come back out with a win.

Envy

  1. ENVY: What books would you most like to receive as a gift?

Let’s just say I’m not picky about any books, so any book is a good gift for me. I prefer to only get gifts for presents. I like to see what others chose for me to read.

Wrath

  1. WRATH: What author do you have a love/hate relationship with?

Oooo, this is a good one. I love Christopher Paolini, but I’m so mad at him because he hasn’t written anything new. His writing is so unique and so brilliant but he hasn’t done anything with it. Such a disappointment, but I will be the first to read his new book if he ever comes out with one.

This tag was a lot of fun and I would like Thrice Read, Adpotabookaus, & Dreamland Book Blog to try it out too!

Oh man, don’t bother with Game of Thrones. If you like the series, you would like the books but they’re *exactly* the same and it just feels so tedious. He ended up basically writing with TV in mind more than readers so you really get the same stuff you got with the show.
